Equipped with a high-resolution large-area flat panel detector and micro-focus X-ray source, the Keli300 performs non-destructive internal defect inspection after WIP encapsulation. High-clarity, wide-dynamic-range imaging reveals fine internal structures and defects. Quick switching between radioscopy and CT modes supports flexible inspection requirements.
Based on laser technology for solid-state battery metal surface repair and welding. Uses Nd³⁺:YAG crystal as the working medium, emitting 1064μm wavelength laser for Li metal component surface repair — restoring damaged surfaces and extending service life.
A robust floor-standing production-grade mill with 4 grinding stations, accommodating 500 mL grinding jars. Applied to solid-state battery wet electrode material and electrolyte mixing, mechanochemical ultra-fine colloidal grinding, and routine mixing/homogenization tasks.
